1. Subscription Refunds

Refunds for subscriptions may be available within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not significantly used the product. After this period, refunds will not be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Items

- Setup or installation fees
- Custom development or integration services
- One-time purchases once accessed or downloaded

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@munshierp.com with your account information and purchase details. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited within 7–10 business days.
