Subscription Plans and Pricing

1. General

By purchasing a subscription to any of our services, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions. These apply to all users of our software including Accounting, Billing And E-Invoicing.

2. Accounting Module

₹10,000/year – Self-service plan
₹1,00,000/year – With full support (telephonic, remote, and priority support)

3. Billing Module

₹200/month – Self-service plan
₹2,000/year – Self-service plan (2 months free)
₹50,000/year – With full support

4. E-Invoice Module

₹10,000/year – With support (mandatory support included)

4. E-Way Bill Module

₹5,000/year – With support (mandatory support included)
₹5,000/year – With support (mandatory support included)

Note: All prices are inclusive of applicable GST and may vary based on additional customization or integration needs.

3. What’s Included in Support Plans

  • Priority phone and WhatsApp support
  • Remote desktop troubleshooting
  • Onboarding and training assistance
  • Regular updates and compliance guidance

4. Payment Methods

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets

All payments are processed securely using PhonePe and other trusted payment gateways.

5. Renewal and Billing

  • Subscriptions are valid for 12 months or 30 days, depending on the plan.
  • Renewal reminders will be sent before the plan expiry.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew if enabled.

6. Free Trial

A free trial or demo may be available for select modules. Contact us for details.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your plan at any time. Services will remain active until the end of the billing period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for early cancellations.
